60 SECONDS OF CHRISTMAS JOY!

Here are the boys at their school Christmas program.  Jonah is way to the left (dancing and "playing" trumpet).  Ben is in the middle sucking his thumb.

Our hope for this program was that the boys would get up on stage, stay in place, and have fun without causing a scene or disrupting the program.  We succeeded! 

Now here are the boys in our church's Christmas program.  Their job was to release the balloons.  As you can see, they had fun doing it!

ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS YOU

We took the boys to see Santa last weekend.  

They absolutely loved it!  

Funny story though.  When Santa asked Ben what he wanted for Christmas, Ben replied, "Mama".  Santa looked very confused and a bit concerned.  

I'm thinking this fellow is going to think we kidnapped this child!  

I don't really know what Ben meant by that response.  The glass half-empty interpretation would be that he would like a different mom than the one he got.  The glass half-full interpretation is that he was telling Santa all he wanted for Christmas was a mama, and he got one!  

I am trying to think glass half-full....

So excited to be spending our first Christmas with Ben in our family!
