WE HAVE A SWIMMER IN THE FAMILY!

After swimming lessons since he was 3 years old, Jonah can swim on his own!  It isn't pretty (lots of flailing arms and legs), but he is doing it!  We are so proud of this little guy.  Jonah is behind in many areas so it is nice to see him succeed in this.

Ben, as far as we know, as never swam before in his life.  Last summer in our pool, all he wanted to do was float on a raft.  And we didn't think swimming lessons in his first month home with us would help the bonding experience so we pretty much let floating be it for him in the pool last summer.  

This summer is a different story.  He is in Level 1, and he is being unexpectedly brave and courageous.  He is very nervous, but he is trying.  We are so proud of him too!

This is Ben in the water.  His goal seems to be how he can stay the least wet!
